User Agreement (Public Offer)

1.1. The Offer means this User Agreement. 1.2. The Service means the Telegram bot @Fakegram_tgBot, owned by the Provider and intended for the sale of Goods. 1.3. The User means any individual who has accepted this Offer.

1.4. The Goods mean virtual units called “Tokens”, as well as “Tariffs”. 1.5. Acceptance of the Offer means the User’s payment for the Goods through the Service. Acceptance means the User’s full and unconditional agreement with all terms of this Offer.

2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide (credit) the User with the Goods in the quantity selected and paid for by the User, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The Fakegram Service is an independent platform and is not an affiliate or official representative of Telegram FZ-LLC or Fragment Corp.

3.1. The cost and quantity of the Goods are determined by the User in the Service interface (@Fakegram_tgBot) before payment. 3.2. The minimum quantity of Goods for one purchase is 1 (one) Token or 1 month of Subscription. 3.3. Payment is made on a 100% prepayment basis through the MulenPay payment system (SBP).

3.4. The Goods are automatically credited to the Telegram username specified by the User, on average within 1-5 minutes after payment confirmation. 3.5. The User bears full responsibility for the correctness of the specified username. If incorrect data is provided and the Goods are credited to an incorrect account, the service shall be deemed properly rendered and no refund shall be made.

4.1. A refund for Goods of proper quality is impossible. After Tokens or a Subscription have been successfully credited to the User’s account, the service is deemed fully rendered and no refund shall be made. This is due to the technical features of the Telegram platform.

4.2. A refund is possible only in the following cases: • Complete non-crediting of the Goods: if, due to a technical failure, the paid Goods were not credited, the Provider refunds 100% of the amount paid. • Partial crediting of the Goods: if fewer Tokens or a shorter Subscription period than paid for were credited, the Provider, in agreement with the User, either credits the missing amount or period, or refunds part of the funds in proportion to the cost of the uncredited Goods at the purchase rate used in the Service.

5.1. The Provider shall: • provide the Goods in accordance with the terms of the Offer; • ensure operation of the Service and provide support to Users; • not disclose User data, except as provided by law and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5.2. The User shall: • carefully review the terms of the Offer; • provide correct data for crediting the Goods; • use the Goods in accordance with the rules and policies of the Telegram platform.

6.1. The Provider shall not be liable for the User’s further use of the Goods, including their write-off, blocking, or other actions by the Telegram platform. 6.2. The parties shall be released from liability for partial or full non-performance of obligations under this Offer if such non-performance results from force majeure circumstances.

6.3. Force majeure circumstances include, among other things, global failures of the Internet network, global failures of the Telegram platform, decisions of public authorities, and blocking of services in the territory of the User’s or the Provider’s country.

7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. The official support contact channel is specified in the Service interface (@Fakegram_tgBot). At the time of drafting the Offer, it is the account @FakegramHelper.

7.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to a court in accordance with applicable law.

8.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment of its publication and remains valid until it is withdrawn by the Provider.

8.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend the Offer, and such amendments take effect from the moment the new version is published.
